18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gastric or EGJ adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology. 2.HER2 positive, including immunohistochemical (IHC) 3+, and IHC 2+/FISH+. 3.Trastzumab is included in the treatment. 4.Biospy specimens are obtained in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan Unversity. 5. Tissue amount meets the requirement of proteomics analysis. Tumor amount in the biospy specimens is =50%. 6.Age >18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Special subtypes, including adenosquamous carcinoma, squamous carcinoma, endoneurocrine carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, carcinoma with lymphoid stroma. 2.Tissue specimens are not acquired in Zhongshan Hospital. 3. Tissue amount does not meet the the requirement of proteomics analysis. 4. With malignant tumors of other types.
