Four:PENG Block Group
Two:Quadratus femoral nerve Block +PENG Block Group (QFPB)
Three:Piriformis nerve Block +PENG Block Group (PNPB)
Four:Intraoperative administration of quadratus femoral nerve ++PENG Block Group (QFinPB)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 232 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA), both male and female, >=18 years of age, were selected for elective THA, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Has a consciousness or cognitive impairment and is unable to communicate; Long-term bedridden, no ability to exercise; There are contraindications of nerve block puncture. There were sensory and motor disorders in lower extremity before operation. Failed to comply with the survey requirements and refused to participate in the study.
