Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing neurosurgery and planning to enter the ICU after surgery, with no restrictions on diagnosis; (2) Age >=18 years; (3) No severe visual or hearing disorders (e.g. diplopia, low vision caused by macular degeneration, retinopathy, severe hearing loss or deafness); (4) The expected stay in the ICU is between 1-3 days; (5) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency surgery; (2) With delirium with inclusion; (3) Patients with mental illness or cognitive disorders in the 6 months prior to inclusion; (4) Recent history of severe anxiety and depression; (5) Drug abusers/dependents in the past 6 months; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Other situations that the researchers believe are inappropriate to participate in this study.
