10 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with MCD and FSGS confirmed by renal biopsy; More complete clinicopathological data; Sign informed consent voluntarily. Disease control: patients with membranous nephropathy (anti PLA2R antibody positive), diabetes nephropathy, lupus, IgA nephropathy, and polycystic kidney disease; Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Healthy control: Healthy volunteers, no underlying diseases, normal physical examination, age and gender matched with the case group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary podocytopaties (obesity, hypertension, hepatitis and HIV-positive and tumor patients); Patients with known genetic basis or pathogenic variants found by genetic testing (whole genome sequencing excluded hereditary FSGS in patients under 30 years of age with steroid-resistant NS).
