Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Birth gestational age 29-32+6 weeks; 2.The vital signs of the child are stable; 3.People with respiratory or circulatory system diseases; 4.The family members fully understand the information and agree, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe illnesses such as sepsis and NEC, or those with associated congenital digestive tract abnormalities and congenital; 2.Patients undergoing mechanical ventilation; 3.The family members cannot understand the research content.
