Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing blastocyst thawing and transplantation; (2) Female participants aged 28-42 years old; (3) Both spouses use autologous germ cells for assisted reproduction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who have undergone in vitro fertilization embryo transfer or intracytoplasmic sperm injection for at least 3 egg retrieval cycles but have not achieved clinical pregnancy; (2) According to the researcher's judgment, it is not suitable for inclusion.
