Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients enrolled at the outpatient department of the community health service center, and are =60 years old; (2) Clearly diagnosed with hypertension; (3) PHQ-9 score >=5points; (4) Possess full cognitive and behavioral capacity; (5) Patients and their families agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a clear diagnosis of mental disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, dementia, etc.; (2) Patients with severe suicidal tendencies, or those with mental symptoms requiring hospitalization; (3) Patients with severe physical illnesses such as acute heart failure, renal failure, acute cerebral infarction, etc.; (4) Patients with severe hearing or vision problems.
