Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients scheduled for elective cardiac surgery 2.Age between 18 and 60

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to attend this trial 2.Limited expression, inability to properly communicate and answer questions 3.Taking antidepressiant now 4.Acute or chronic heart failure, EF=40% 5.Emergency and intervention operation
