65 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years; 2.Hospitalized patients with acute lower respiratory tract infection within 3 weeks of onset, including acute tracheobronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis with infection, and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis with infection; 3.Inpatient of the institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and follow-up due to various reasons (severe cognitive dysfunction, deafness, non-Chinese speakers, etc.); 2.Complicated by severe underlying diseases with a life expectancy of less than 1 year; 3.Chronic infections such as fungal infections, tuberculosis; 4.Bedridden for a long period.
