Hypnosis group:music hypnosis intervention during labour: 1. Relaxation Initiation: Select touch gestures and affirming words based on the preferences of the labouring woman. 2. Relaxation Activation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with one child; single live fetus; Those who are admitted to the hospital and plan to give birth vaginally; The gestational age = 36 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have serious pregnancy complications; Patients with tumors or other organ dysfunction; Fetal malposition; Previous history of psychiatric illness, functional cognitive impairment and unwillingness to cooperate with this study.
