Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was in good general condition with no local inflammation or blind pockets in IMTMs and ASM; 2. All removed IMTMs were completely impacted by mucous membranes, and ASM was a thick gingival biotype; 3. No caries, no loosening, no crown prosthesis, no loss of mandibular first molar; 4. According to the Winter classification and Pell and Gregory classification, select the B? mesial or horizontal IMTMs, and the Angle between the maxillary plane and the mandibular plane of the mesial or horizontal IMTMs is 11°~100°; 5. The distance X1-X2(i.e. front gap of wisdom teeth) from the mesial most convex point of IMTM crown to the most concave point of ASM distal neck is 1mm; 6. IMTMs patients voluntarily participated in clinical examination and subgingival plaque sampling, with good compliance and regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases; 2. There are lesions in ASM; 3. Poor compliance or irregular treatment; 4 Patients who requested termination of the experiment or lost contact could not follow the interview.
