Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-60 years old, gender unlimited; Meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (Chinese Adult Dyslipidemia Prevention Guidelines 2016 Revision); Sign an informed consent form and be willing to follow the study process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with severe cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases; Pregnant or lactating women; Participate in other clinical trials within 6 months.
