Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for glioma: 1.Primary diagnosis of glioma by histopathological examination; 2.Patients had not received any form of treatment (including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, etc.) before peripheral blood specimen collection; 3. Complete medical history and postoperative pathological information can be provided. Inclusion criteria for other brain space-occupying lesions: 1. Space-occupying diseases of the brain such as meningioma, hemangioma or cyst diagnosed by pathology; 2. Patients had not received any form of treatment (including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, etc.) before peripheral blood specimen collection: 3. Complete medical history and postoperative pathological information can be provided. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1. Laboratory tests showed that the main organs, liver and kidney functions were normal; 2. The results of HIV, hepatitis B and syphilis were negative; 3. There was no obvious abnormality in brain imaging examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for glioma: 1.Combined with other tumors of any form according to pathology or imaging results; 2.Received any form of treatment (including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, etc.); 3.Patients with autoimmune diseases; 4.Patients with HIV infection, hepatitis B, syphilis and other infectious diseases. Exclusion criteria for other brain occupying lesions: 1. Combined with any form of other tumors except space-occupying lesions of the brain according to pathology or imaging results; 2.Received any form of treatment (including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy, etc.); 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients with HIV infection, hepatitis B, syphilis and other infectious diseases. Exclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1.Personal history of cancer and precancerous lesions; 2.Combined with malignant tumor at any site; 3.Patients with autoimmune diseases; 4.Patients with HIV infection, hepatitis B, syphilis and other infectious diseases.
