30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 30 to 70 years old; ? No obstructive lesions with typical angina pectoris symptoms but no coronary stenosis or mild stenosis (stenosis < 50%) confirmed by coronary angiography (or coronary CTA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Allergic to developers such as dipyridamole and adenosine; ? Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kpa), heart rate < 40 beats/min; ? Angina caused by obstructive coronary heart disease, coronary spasm, acute myocarditis, pericarditis, cardiomyopathy, myocardial bridge, and recent acute myocardial infarction; ? Acute systemic diseases or infections, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and uncontrolled metabolic diseases; ? Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Asthma or persistent wheezing.
