Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who have worked in the emergency department for at least 1 year; 2.Nurses who consented to participate in and cooperate with the study; 3.Nurses who had obtained a certificate of nurse practice;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses with mental and psychological disorders; 2.Further study, transfer study and practice nurse; 3.Nurses who took leave or personal leave during the survey period;
