Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia from September 1, 2019 to September 30, 2021; 2. Complete clinical and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infectious diseases (systemic inflammatory response, sepsis, septic shock, etc.); 2. Have been admitted to the ICU before surgery; 3. Patients with benign tumor, non-radical operation or distant metastasis; 4. Based on the existing medical records, it is impossible to judge whether the patient has postoperative pulmonary complications;
