Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A diagnosis of depression by at least two attending physicians or at least one psychiatrist who is an associate chief physician or above according to the diagnostic criteria for depression in the Eleventh Revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11); 2. Over 18 years old and under 60 years old; 3. Patients sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? organic brain diseases and serious physical diseases did not cooperate with investigators; ? psychoactive substance dependence or alcohol or drug abuse lasting more than 10 years; ? Mental retardation, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia according to ICD-11; ? uncooperative or at risk patients with extreme excitement, stupor, passive suicide, etc.; ? Use of any psychoactive substance 3 days before the test; ? Drink four standard glasses (40 proof white wine 180ml or 12 proof wine 600ml/5 proof beer) per day in the three days prior to the test 1440ml) or more; ? History of head trauma (loss of consciousness for more than one hour); ? being treated with MECT or ECT; ? is being treated for rTMS; ? Pregnant women.
