Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 2-12 years; 2.Children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder; 3.Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a genetic disorder: trisomy 21, tuner syndrome, Down syndrome, fragile X chromosome syndrome, etc. 2.Exclusion of cerebral palsy, structural brain abnormalities, seizures, tuberous sclerosis, schizophrenia, depression; 3.Exclusion of patients with clinically significant anemia, metabolic disorders; 4.Use of all types of antifungal drugs, antibiotic drugs, immunosuppressive drugs, antipsychotics and other probiotics and prebiotics in the last month; 5.Other unstable or serious diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system (including unstable angina, uncontrolled asthma, severe allergies, active gastric bleeding, and acute leukemia); 6.Children judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for study participation;
