Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Prospective cohort A1 of 200 discharged patients with self-injurious behavior a) Adolescents with self-injurious who were assessed 7 days after hospitalization and diagnosed with depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, or emotional and behavioral disorders that usually start in childhood and adolescence according to ICD-10; b) Aged 12-18 years old; c) Education level above grade 6; d) Normal intelligence; e) Students with self-injurious behavior who are willing to undergo psychological health assessment via mobile phone and WeChat; f) Willing to use actigraphy to continuously record sleep indicators; g) Voluntarily participate in this study, and patients and parents sign informed consent Prospective cohort B of middle school students in school Cluster sampling was conducted based on middle schools, and 6,000 students were included in the cohort of students in school. Cohort A2 of self-injurious adolescents enrolled in school and received in-depth follow-up Students screened from schools with self-injurious behavior in the past month were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria of A1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cohort A1 a) MMSE cognitive function score less than 25 points (total score 30 points); b) diagnosed with organic mental illness, schizophrenia, manic episodes and psychoactive substance abuse c) Patients with chronic physical diseases affecting school learning and life; d) Patients without a parent as guardian. Prospective Cohort B During the regular mental health assessment in school, if any of the head teacher, parents or classmates disagrees with the assessment, it will be the only exclusion criterion Cohort A2 According to the exclusion criteria of A1
