18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ages 18-75 years old, gender unrestricted; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-III; (3) Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy at the Endoscopy Center of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital, Laoshan Branch.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with ASA grade over III;(2) Patients with a history of lower limb mobility disorders, such as sequelae of stroke or cerebral hemorrhage, mobility disorders caused by knee, hip, and lower limb vascular and neurological lesions, as well as mobility disorders resulting from lower limb surgery;(3) Patients who cannot walk normally due to other physical reasons;(4) Patients undergoing procedures like gastric ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection) under tracheal intubation and general anesthesia;(5) Patients who are unable to cooperate or sign an informed consent form.
