Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects included both males and females, aged between 18 and 75 years. Patients were eligible if they met any of the following criteria: positive immunochemical fecal occult blood test (FOBT) or fecal DNA test; patients were assessed as high risk for colon cancer based on the Opportunistic Screening Risk Questionnaire. Symptoms reported by the subjects included chronic abdominal pain, diarrhea, hematochezia, or palpable abdominal mass. All participants voluntarily enrolled in this clinical study and provided signed informed consent forms. Colonic polyps were identified through screening colonoscopy. The image quality was sufficient to meet the requirements of NICE classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease and familial polyposis; 2. Individuals with inadequate bowel preparation (Boston Bowel Preparation Score <5); 3. Patients presenting advanced colorectal tumors during endoscopy; 4. Individuals with impaired coagulation function or contraindications for polypectomy or biopsy due to other reasons; 5. Those who decline to provide consent by signing the relevant informed consent form.
