Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. The peridialysis diagnostic criteria were met, that is, the Estimated Glomerular Filtration rate (eGFR) was < 15ml/min/1.73m^2 up to 3 months of initial dialysis; 3. Establish long-term follow-up files in the CKD Management Center of Chongqing Xinqiao Hospital; 4. Have essential communication, understanding, reading, and writing skills; 5. The patients were evaluated using the Chronic Kidney Disease Self-Outcome Report Scale and reported at least one symptom; 6. Willing to participate in the project and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of acute or chronic mental illness; 2. Severe learning disabilities or dementia; 3. Kidney transplant patients.
