Index test:Prostate specific antigen (PSA) screening, routine MRI and magnetic resonance imaging Magic quantitative map

30 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No contraindications related to magnetic resonance examination; 2.Patients with pathological confirmation after needle biopsy or radical prostatectomy; 3.All patients underwent prostate MRI plain scan + enhanced scan before surgery, and the scan sequence included magic sequence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Before the MR examination, the patient had received biopsy, surgery, radiotherapy or endocrine therapy; 2.The lesion is too small (maximum diameter < 5 mm) and the border is difficult to define; 3.Artifacts exist in MR examination images, which affect the outline of the lesion ROI.
