Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The AD group meets the core diagnostic criteria for probable AD dementia established in 2011 by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) and the Alzheimer's Association (AA). 2. Age 60 to 85 years old, right-handed. 3. CT examination of the head showed cerebral atrophy, MRI examination showed reduced volume of hippocampus, entorhinal cortex and amygdala, and no space-occupying lesions and age-different periventricular and deep white matter lesions. 4. When the age is =2 points; when the age is >=75 years old, the MTA visual score is >=3 points. 5. 17 items of hamilton depression scale 17 (HAMD-17) score 3 months of memory loss confirmed by those in the know. 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of MCI in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Disorders. 3. clinical dementia rating (CDR) score 0.5 points. 4. Age 60~85 years old. 5.The results of MMSE scale were 24~27 points, and activities of daily living (ADL) were 3 months but no symptoms of dementia. 7. Complete clinical data, be able to read and understand the content of the research scale, and obtain the consent of patients and their families, and voluntarily sign informed consent. Normal control group: 1. had independent behavioral ability, no cognitive dysfunction and memory decline, no obvious abnormal signs in nervous system examination, and no obvious abnormalities in head MRI. 2. The neuropsychological examination was within the normal range, the general cognitive examination was normal, and the function of daily living was not impaired. 3. Complete clinical data, be able to read and understand the content of the research scale, and obtain the consent of the patient and his family, and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases that cause cognitive impairment, such as cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, brain tumors, and Hachinski ischemia score >=4 points. 2. Chronic wasting diseases such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney function diseases, hypothyroidism, and malignant tumors. 3. Severe depression, schizophrenia and other mental illness. 4. Have a history of drug or alcohol dependence within the past 6 months. 5. Take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants and other drugs that affect immune function. 6. Suffering from immune system diseases that may affect peripheral blood inflammatory factors. 7. History of infectious disease, trauma and fever in the past 2 weeks. 8. Clinical data are incomplete, accompanied by blindness, deafness, severe speech disorders, etc., can not cooperate with cognitive function tests. 9. Patients who cannot perform bioelectrical impedance and craniocerebral magnetic resonance examination by placing metal in the body. 10.There are diseases that affect limb activities, such as lumbar disc herniation, fracture history, diabetic foot, bone and joint and other motor system diseases or balance dysfunction.
