Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.A sensorineural hearing loss occurring within 72 hours,>= 30dB at least at three consecutive frequencies (according to the 2019 American guidelines for ISSNHL; 2.Pure tone audiometry shows that the type of hearing loss is non low-frequency decline; 3.The time from the onset of symptoms to the start of treatment shall not exceed 14 days; 4.Age range: 18-70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are inflammatory diseases of the ear such as otitis media and severe otitis externa; 2.Acoustic impedance is of type B or C; 3.congenital cochlear malformation; 4.Existence of retrocochlear lesions (such as acoustic neuroma, auditory neuropathy, and infarction of the auditory nerve conduction pathway); 5.Genetic deafness; 6.Recently used ototoxic drugs; 7.Patients with contraindications to systemic use of glucocorticoids: insulin dependent or poorly controlled diabetes, tuberculosis, peptic ulcer, glucocorticoid allergy, etc; 8.Other: Untreated malignant tumors, pregnancy, severe anemia, autoimmune diseases.
