Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ESRD and are willing to receive hemodialysis treatment and establish autologous AVF. 2. 18-90 years old; 3. The selected candidates have informed consent, signed relevant documents and can truthfully answer the relevant questions of the investigators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.AVF of planned graft extension; 2.The internal diameter of vein < 2mm and the internal diameter of artery < 1.5mm (behind the arm) were selected for AVF plasty. 3.Blood stealing syndrome; 4.Active infection during AVF maturation;
