Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who need to undergo cuneiform lobectomy due to lung occupying; ? Diameter of lung mass =2cm; ? The operation is less traumatic, the procedure is simple and the time is short; ?17kg/m2< Body mass index (BMI)<30kg/m2; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to II; ? Age 20-65 years old; ?Mallampati grade I~II; 8 Quit smoking for more than 2 weeks before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with chronic pulmonary diseases such as COPD before operation; ? Patients in bed for a long time, with atelectasis and pneumonia before surgery; ? Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; ? Increased intracranial pressure; (5) History of abnormal liver and kidney function; ? Patients with preoperative pulmonary insufficiency; 7 Patients with abnormal trachea anatomy or lesions involving bronchus; Hemodynamic instability; ? Persistent cough with respiratory infection or high airway mucus secretion and high risk of reflux; ? Has undergone chest surgery or extensive thoracic adhesion.
