16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age ranged from 16 to 70 years old. 2. Meet the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria of obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, autism, substance dependence, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder. 3. The medical history is more than 3 to 5 years. 4. Drug resistance: no response to adequate treatment of at least three related psychiatric drugs for 12 weeks. 5. CBT failure: at least 1 year or 20 sessions with at least 2 therapists. 6. Normal cognitive status :Mattis dementia score > 130(0-144). 7. There was no organic lesion in the nervous system (normal MRI scan). 8. There were no contraindications to surgery and anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of stereotactic destruction of deep brain nuclei. 2. Severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with follow-up; 3. severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, unable to tolerate surgery.
