20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All mothers are singleton pregnancies; (2) The gestational age of the neonate was =28 weeks, and the newborn was transferred to the NICU immediately after delivery, and the time of admission to the NICU was > 72 h; (3) the mother has the willingness to implement exclusive breastfeeding, and there are no contraindications related to breastfeeding; (4) Maternal consciousness is clear and voluntarily participates in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of mental illness; 2. Having a previous history of maternal breast disease or breast surgery; 3. Suffering from serious liver, kidney and other complications; 4. Preterm babies combined with congenital malformations, or combined with serious complications; 5. The condition of the preterm baby deteriorates during the treatment, the life is in danger, the family abandons the treatment or transfers to another hospital
