18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults,18<= Age <=80 years,gender is not limited; (2) Patients who need bone grafting; (3) Subjects who agree to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with poor blood glucose and blood pressure control (fasting blood glucose value >8mmol/L, systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg), uncontrolled systemic infections, serious blood system diseases and other uncontrolled systemic disease who is not suitable for surgery. (2) Currently taking or long-term use of steroids,immunosuppressants or bisphosphonates. (3) Patients who have a history of, or are currently undergoing, radiotherapy or chemotherapy to the head and neck within the last 3 years. (4) Concomitant systemic diseases, such as bone diseases, may cause difficulties in postoperative healing or osseous union. (5) Patients with periapical periodontitis or radicular cyst near the operative region. (6) Women who were known to be pregnant or lactating or who planned to have children during the study period. (7) Patients deemed unsuitable to participate in this clinical trial. (8) Hepatitis B infection period patients. (9) Patients who allergies to biofilm materials.
