Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 0-18 years old female; 2.With vulvar pruritus, vulvar pain, vaginal yellow discharge and other symptoms; 3.Informed consent: Since the subject is a minor child, written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian is required; 4.Volunteer to fill out detailed questionnaires; 5.No history of sexual abuse or sex; 6.The follow-up was completed and the compliance was good; 7.Non-gestational period;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hereditary diseases that cause anemia, blood disorders, liver and kidney dysfunction, and dystrophic diseases; 2.Patients with pregnancy, acute inflammation of reproductive system or gynecological malignancy; 3.Pregnant and lactating women; 4.Abnormal uterine bleeding, except for ovulation disorders; 5.Taking hormone medications, no more than 3 months; 6.Polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, diabetes, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction and other endocrine diseases; 7.Patients with severe primary diseases, such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, lung, gallbladder, hematopoietic system (Hb<90g/L), malignant tumors, etc; 8.Other patients identified by the investigators as unsuitable for participation in the study;
