Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients met the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2024 revision)" : SBP=140mmHg and/or DBP=90mmHg, measured three times in different days without antihypertensive drugs; Or those who have been diagnosed with hypertension and treated with antihypertensive drugs; This study specifically refers to patients with essential hypertension; 2.Aged 35-59 years old, with normal reading and communication skills; 3.Skilled use of smart phones, able to follow up by phone or online; 4.After health education, hypertension knowledge assessment reached the standard; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with mental disorders; 2. Patients with severe hypertension complications such as cerebral hemorrhage, aortic dissection, and uremia; 3. Those with a history of drug or alcohol dependence.
