12 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 12-70 years old, gender not limited; 2. Third degree burn area greater than 10% TBSA; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Significant heart, lung, and kidney dysfunction; 3. Accompanied by serious complications such as sepsis and MODS; 4. Positive for HBV, HCV, HIV or syphilis; 5. Cannot accept follow-up visits; 6. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 7. Other researchers believe that it is not suitable for inclusion.
