Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ?Diagnosis confirmed by a clinician to meet the New York diagnostic criteria as revised by the American Rheumatism Association in 1984; ? Age greater than 16 years; ?Stable condition with more than 3 months of continuous medication, e.g., non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or (and) biologics or (and) disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs; ? Subjects are able to return to the hospital for review and follow-up as scheduled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? The spine is completely ankylosed or has been curved and deformed with severe deformities and functional limitations; ? Subjects with cardiovascular disease or subjects with high risk of cardiovascular risk assessment; ?Participate in regular exercise workouts (e.g., Tai Chi, swimming, functional exercise, etc., =3 times per week, =30 min each time) within the last 3 months; ? Accompanied by severe organ function damage; and ? Subjects who underwent surgery within the last 6 months.
