Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective Study: (1) There is no limit to the male or female subjects and no age limit; (2) Complete preoperative MRI scans (including but not limited to T1, T2, T2 Flair, T1 enhancement, DWI, etc.) in our hospital. (3) Undergone surgery (including biopsy surgery) in our hospital; And the postoperative pathological diagnosis was glioma (4) Postoperative imaging follow-up examination (including postoperative CT, MR, etc.) in our hospital; 2. Prospective study: (1) There is no limit to the male or female subjects and no age limit; (2) Complete preoperative imaging examinations (including but not limited to T1, T2, T2 Flair, T1 enhancement, DWI, etc.) in our hospital (3) The results of imaging examination were read by two radiologists or neurosurgeons, and the diagnosis was midline glioma. (4) Undergo surgery (including biopsy) in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective Study: (1) The quality of imaging images is poor, and the image quality is difficult to correct. 2. Prospective study: (1) Postoperative pathological diagnosis excludes glioma; (2) Patients did not have imaging follow-up in our hospital.
