Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient Aged 30 to 70 years old, BMI>=28 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Conditions I-III 3.Patient accepting Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, intraoperative pneumoperitoneum pressure <=15mmHg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had a history of thoracic surgery 2.Thoracic malformation or neuromuscular disease 3.Patients with pulmonary bulla or moderate or severe restrictive or obstructive pulmonary disease 4.Preoperative imaging showed atelectasis, pneumothorax or pleural effusion 5.Patients with a history of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery 6.People with severe hypertension or heart dysfunction 7.Severe apnea syndrome 8.Emergency patient 9.Participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months
