Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria in "Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic OvarySyndrome" approved in 2018; ?Age =18 years old; ?Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Those with dietary or exercise contraindications; ?Those who are in pregnancy or breastfeeding period; ?Complicated with serious organic diseases or malignant tumors; ?Have a history of mental ilness or are takingantipsychotic drugs; ?Those with severe hearing impairment, language impairment or cognitive impairment.
