Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~75 years old; 2. Body mass index (BMI) = 18.5~25kg/m^2 3. American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ?-?. 4. Approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital and agreed to sign a written consent form to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined severe cardiac or cerebrovascular diseases or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 2. History of chronic pain; 3. History of long-term use of analgesic drugs or long-term alcohol intake; 4. Patients with a history of long-term hypertension, diabetes mellitus and other conditions that affect pain perception; 5. History of opioid allergy; 6. Sleep apnea syndrome; 7. Intraoperative hemorrhage (greater than 500 ml) or hemodynamic instability
