Interventions

Tissue flossing group:For the intervention of the TF group, a floss band (Flossband Plum, 3.5 m length, 5 cm width, Sanctband, Malaysia) was wrapped around the participants’ dominant thigh from above
control group:After the exericse, the control group received no intervention.

18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male; 2) Age: 18-24 years old; 3) Screened by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, with no exercise risk factors and in good physical condition; 4) Without any chief complaint of discomfort, they voluntarily participate in the trial, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Taking medication; 2) Musculoskeletal injury of the lower limbs in the past 6 months; 3) The subject had muscle soreness or chronic pain symptoms; 4) Major diseases or congenital diseases; 5) Have bad habits such as smoking and drinking alcohol; 6) Latex allergy.
