Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age <32 weeks; (2) Complete information of the child and the mother; (3) NEC with Bell stage =?; (4) NEC occurred within 48 hours after red blood cell transfusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The length of hospital stay was short (<=72 hours); (2) Incomplete information; (3) Inherited metabolic and chromosomal diseases; (4) Combined with congenital intestinal malformation.
