Group P:Propofol 2.0 mg/kg and 0.9% saline 2 ml intravenous injection
Group R:Intravenous injection of remimazolam 0.3 mg/kg and alfentanil 10 µ g/kg (diluted to 2 ml)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grades I-II; 2. Patients aged 18-85 years old; 3. The patient's family agrees and signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients requiring tracheal intubation for general anesthesia; 3. Cases with incomplete data; 4. The patient does not agree to participate in this study; 5. Long term alcoholism and use of anesthetics; 6. Patients with preoperative water deprivation time less than 2 hours and fasting time less than 4 hours; 7. Patients with difficult airways and severe respiratory diseases (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, mouth opening less than 2 fingers, head and neck movement disorders, acute asthma not relieved); 8. History of gastric surgery; 9. The patient is unable to cooperate; 10. Patients with acute liver and kidney dysfunction (Child Pugh grade C or above), acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and severe shock.
