Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke by cranial CT and MRI and the duration of the disease is greater than 2 weeks and less than 6 months; 2. Patients with single, unilateral stroke; 3. No serious cognitive impairment, no cerebrovascular malformation, no cerebrovascular stent, no epilepsy, no limb dysfunction caused by factors other than cerebral infarction; 4. Vital signs are stable; 5. Consciousness and able to cooperate with the rehabilitation ; 6. Obtained the consent of the patient and his/her family and signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of 2 or more previous stroke episodes with residual significant motor dysfunction ; 2. Persistent deterioration, unstable vital signs, combined cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, and other malignancies; 3.Unable to cooperate with the assessment of cognitive function ; 4. Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant ; 5. Those who received antispasmodic therapy prior to hospitalization; 6.Cranial defects or postcranial repairs.
