Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need elective upper limb fracture surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-27 kg/m^2; 4. ASA I-III grade;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of nerve block: coagulopathy, infection at the puncture site, deformity or tumor; 2. Combined with chronic pain or long-term use of analgesic drugs; 3. Combined with central nervous system disease or psychosis; 4. Local anesthetic drug allergy; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Previous heart failure or arrhythmia; Uncontrolled hypertension; Diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control; Liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Unable to communicate proficiently in Chinese;
