18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-60 years with a chief complaint of unilateral hearing loss lasting no more than 30 days, meeting the diagnostic criteria for sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL). 2.Healthy subjects aged 18-60 years, matched with the experimental group in terms of age and gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral episodes. 2.Individuals with neurological or psychiatric disorders such as cognitive impairment, autism, epilepsy, depression, or acoustic neuroma. 3.Pregnant and breastfeeding women. 4.Patients with a history of allergy to glucocorticoids. 5.Those with a history of sudden hearing loss. 6.Individuals with claustrophobia. 7.Those with severe vertigo symptoms. 8.Patients whose cause of hearing loss has been confirmed by audiological and MRI examinations. 9.Individuals with other ENT conditions such as otitis media or otolithiasis. 10.Those with cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, liver or kidney dysfunction, tumors, coagulation disorders, autoimmune diseases, syphilis, or HIV/AIDS. 11.Individuals unwilling to cooperate with follow-up visits at the hospital.
