Blank group:Normal saline is injected intravenously and pumped

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA classification ?-?; (2) Age 18-80 years old (3) Body mass index ( BMI) 18-30kg/m2; (4) Estimated operation time 1-3h.; (5) Informed consent signed by the patient and family members

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of allergy related to anesthesia drugs in the study; (2) patients with severe bradycardia or arrhythmia, patients taking adrenergic receptor antagonists; (3) hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism; (4) hypertension grade III, cardiac function class III and above; (5) refusal to cooperate or relevant mental disorders; (6) intraoperative bleeding >1000 ml; (7) patients with admission body temperature higher than 38.0? or lower than 36.0?; (8) patients with contraindications to intrathecal anesthesia or puncture failure
