Normal end-expiratory carbon dioxide partial pressure group:By adjusting the parameters of patients' machine-controlled breathing, PaCO2 was reached to 35-45mmHg
Moderate permissive hypercapnia group:By adjusting the parameters of patients' machine-controlled breathing, PaCO2 was reached to 50-65mmHg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy under controlled low central venous pressure; ?Weight in the standard weight ±15[standard weight (kg) = height (cm) -100]; ? Patients with ASA grade I-II and no previous history of abnormal surgical anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of cerebrovascular disease, neuropsychiatric disease, and can not cooperate with the completion of the MMSE assessment and MMSE score less than 24 points. ? There are obvious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction ? Patients with poorly controlled hypertension and postural hypotension (4) Patients with primary diseases of the optic nerve and optic nerve sheath (such as inflammation, tumors), eye diseases (such as glaucoma) and eye trauma.
