Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mild to moderate rotator cuff injury; 2. 4 weeks after shoulder arthroscopy; 3. Education background of junior high school or above; 4. First shoulder repair surgery; 5. The shoulder joint has not received hospital rehabilitation treatment in the past; 6. Clear consciousness, good compliance, able to understand and complete the designed exercise prescription content; 7. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of upper limb fracture or surgery. 2.Diseases such as periarthritis of the shoulder that affect shoulder joint movement. 3.Comorbid with severe internal diseases such as heart disease, primary hypertension, and mental trauma; 4.Poor compliance, unwilling to cooperate with rehabilitation training;
