50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical diagnosis of AD related MCI and mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease patients 2.Age range is 50-90 years old 3.Patients can cooperate to complete medical examinations such as neuropsychological assessments, physical examinations, and head MRI 4.Voluntarily participate in this study, provide biological samples, and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Existence of congenital intellectual disabilities and severe neurological and psychiatric disorders 2.Malignant tumors and organ failure that have been clearly diagnosed 3.Severe visual or hearing impairment may not be compatible with neuropsychological assessors 4.Individuals with poor cardiovascular and pulmonary function who cannot tolerate anesthesia 5.Inadequate exposure of surgical site 6.Family members who have not signed informed consent
