Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Between the ages of 18 and 75; 2.Patients undergoing transplant surgery due to liver failure; 3.Patients with no previous history of tumor treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who need transplant surgery due to malignant tumors; 2.The donor liver has severe fatty degeneration.
