Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with microform cleft lip and not yet repaired surgically. 2. Aged 0-60 years old, male or female. 3. Able to cooperate with the imaging examinations involved in the study. 4. Possess normal communication abilities. 5. The patient or guardian agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form. Control group inclusion criteria: 1. Normal people with no history of trauma or surgery involving the lips or nose. 2. There is no obvious dynamic deformity during lip movement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case group exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have previously received lip and nose surgery related to microform cleft lip. 2. Patients with other craniofacial deformities that affect the morphology or function of the lips and nose. 3. Patients with contraindications to ultrasound or MRI examinations. 4. Patients who cannot cooperate with relevant examinations or actively request to withdraw from the study. Control group exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with contraindications to ultrasound or MRI examinations. 2. Participants who cannot cooperate with relevant examinations or actively request to withdraw from the study.
